The Creality K2 brings the speed and accuracy of Creality’s flagship K2 platform into a smaller, more affordable package — ideal if you want serious print quality now, with the option to add multicolour printing later.

Why the K2

• Genuinely fast — 600mm/s max print speed with 20,000mm/s² acceleration, powered by 3 step-servo motors. High speed without the usual ringing, ghosting, or quality drop-off.
• Self-checking — built-in print failure detection catches spaghetti failures and flags them before they waste hours of filament.
• Quiet — step-servo motors and dynamically balanced fans keep it running at laptop-typing noise levels; fine on a desk, not just in a garage.
• Smart auto levelling — levels only the target print area rather than the full bed, so setup-to-first-layer is fast every time.
• Ready for multicolour when you are — fully CFS-compatible. Add Creality’s Filament System later (sold separately) for up to 4-colour printing, or chain up to 4 units for 16 colours, without needing a new printer.

Built solid, runs precise

The top frame is die-cast from aerospace-grade aluminium alloy for a rigid, low-vibration structure that holds tight tolerances even at high speed. The direct drive extruder includes a built-in filament run-out sensor and automated magnetic cutter. An auxiliary side fan directs airflow onto the extruded filament for stronger interlayer adhesion on every print.

The all-metal hotend runs a 0.4mm steel-tipped tri-metal nozzle rated to 300°C, with a heated bed up to 100°C — enough range for PLA, PETG, ABS, and PLA-CF. Layer heights from 0.05–0.3mm cover everything from fast functional prints to fine-detail finished pieces.

Note: this model doesn’t include active chamber heating. For ABS or ASA, printing in a stable-temperature room with the enclosure closed will give the most consistent results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this come with the CFS multicolour unit?
No — this is the printer only. The K2 is fully CFS-compatible, so you can add the Filament System whenever you’re ready for multicolour.

Can I still print ABS without the heated chamber?
Yes, but keep the enclosure door closed during printing and avoid cold or draughty rooms to minimise warping.

What’s the difference between this and the K2 Plus?
The K2 Plus has a larger 350×350×350mm build volume, an actively heated chamber for engineering filaments, and higher nozzle/bed temperatures. The K2 is the more compact, affordable option for everyday PLA, PETG, and ABS work.

How long does delivery take?
