Where POPIA requires protection for a cross-border transfer, we rely on appropriate legal grounds and safeguards, including adequate protection, contractual safeguards, consent where appropriate, or another permitted basis.
7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use essential cookies to operate the store and may use functional, analytics and advertising technologies to remember preferences, measure performance and show relevant advertising. More information and available choices are set out in the Cookie Policy and any consent controls displayed on the website.
8. Marketing choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link or contact us. You may ask us to stop direct marketing through other channels. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary order, security, service or warranty communications.

10. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, contractual and warranty administration, accounting or tax requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Retention periods differ by record type. Information is deleted, anonymised or securely archived when no longer required, subject to lawful exceptions.
11. Your rights
Subject to POPIA and applicable limitations, you may request confirmation that we hold personal information about you, access to that information, correction or deletion of inaccurate or unlawfully held information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Cookie Policy
Website cookies, analytics, advertising and customer choices
Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd | Registration number K2024605917 | Effective date: 4 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Nova Line and its ecommerce and technology providers use cookies and similar technologies on novalinetechnologies.com. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small data files stored on or accessed from a device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage and software identifiers. They can make a website function, remember choices, measure use and support advertising.
2. Categories we may use
· Strictly necessary cookies: operate security, checkout, cart, account, fraud prevention and core store functions.
· Functional cookies: remember preferences and support features such as recently viewed products, search and customer support.
· Analytics cookies: help measure traffic, searches, page performance and interactions so we can improve the store.
· Advertising cookies: help measure campaigns and, where enabled and lawfully permitted, show more relevant advertising.
3. Providers
Cookies or similar technologies may be set by Nova Line or service providers such as Shopify, Google, Judge.me, Rapid Search or another search provider, email-marketing services such as Klaviyo, PayFast, WhatsApp-linked functionality and other services shown in the website's consent interface or Privacy Policy. The active provider list may change as store tools are added or removed.
4. Your choices
Where a consent tool is displayed, use it to accept, reject or adjust non-essential categories. You can also block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, account or security features from working correctly. Advertising choices may also be available through the relevant provider.
5. Retention and changes
Cookie duration varies: some expire when the browser closes and others persist for a defined period. Provider-specific details may be available through the consent tool or provider privacy notices. We may update this policy when technologies or legal requirements change.
