7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and delays do not constitute breach unless required by the CPA.

Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery, except where prohibited by law.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed exclusively by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which complies with the CPA.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Digital products, licenses, activation keys, and software are non-refundable once issued or activated, unless defective
Compatibility and system requirements are the customer’s responsibility

10. Brand Partner & Professional Services

Services are non-refundable once work has commenced
Commencement includes planning, sourcing, licensing, onboarding, or partner engagement
Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to commencement

Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
