- An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance
- Acceptance occurs once payment is verified and the order is dispatched or service commencement is confirmed
- We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch for operational, pricing, or compliance reasons
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and delays do not constitute breach unless required by the CPA.
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery, except where prohibited by law.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed exclusively by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which complies with the CPA.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Warranty Coverage & Claims
9.1 Warranty coverage is provided by the relevant supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or authorised warranty provider and is subject to their specific terms, conditions, exclusions, assessment procedures, and approval processes.
9.2 Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd does not provide any warranty beyond that expressly offered by the relevant supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or authorised warranty provider.
9.3 Warranty periods, coverage, exclusions, and claim requirements may vary depending on the product, brand, and supplier.
9.4 Nova Line Technologies may assist customers in facilitating or coordinating warranty claims with the relevant supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or authorised warranty provider. Such assistance does not constitute acceptance of liability or responsibility for warranty outcomes.
9.5 All decisions relating to warranty approval, repair, replacement, refund, rejection, assessment, or turnaround times remain solely at the discretion of the relevant supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or authorised warranty provider.
9.6 Consumable items, accessories, software, digital products, batteries, cables, wear-and-tear components, and any items specifically excluded by the supplier's warranty policy are not covered unless otherwise expressly stated.
9.7 Customers may be responsible for inspection fees, courier costs, diagnostic fees, handling charges, or other costs imposed by the supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or authorised warranty provider where a claim is found to be outside the scope of warranty coverage or where no fault is identified.
9.8 Nova Line Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses arising from warranty claims, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, downtime, loss of data, loss of profits, or supplier warranty decisions.
9.9 Nothing in this section limits any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, where applicable.
10. Digital Products & Software
Digital products, licenses, activation keys, and software are non-refundable once issued or activated, unless defective.
Compatibility, installation requirements, system requirements, and third-party software dependencies remain the customer's responsibility.
11. Brand Partner & Professional Services
Services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Commencement includes planning, sourcing, licensing, onboarding, consultation, procurement activities, supplier engagement, project preparation, or partner engagement.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to commencement.
12. Customer Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website;
- Circumvent security or payment systems;
- Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity;
- Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or resell services without authorisation.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, graphics, documentation, materials, and website content are the intellectual property of Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Nova Line Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Liability arising from any claim relating to products or services shall be limited to the value of the relevant goods or services supplied.
- Nova Line Technologies shall not be liable for delays, stock shortages, supplier discontinuations, supplier pricing changes, manufacturer defects beyond applicable warranty remedies, courier-related delays, customs delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Nova Line Technologies shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or economic loss arising from the use of products or services supplied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law or the Consumer Protection Act.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates against any loss, damage, liability, claim, cost, or expense arising from:

- Allow reasonable opportunity for resolution before initiating a chargeback.
Nova Line Technologies reserves the right to dispute fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks.
18. Force Majeure
Nova Line Technologies shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters;
- Floods;
- Fires;
- Power outages;
- Internet or telecommunications failures;
- Labour disputes;
- Supply chain disruptions;
- Government actions;
- Pandemic-related disruptions; or
- System failures.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
