4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nationwide courier, PUDO, processing, tracking and delivery exceptions

Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd | Registration number K2024605917 | Effective date: 4 September 2026

Nova Line delivers eligible orders throughout South Africa using selected courier and logistics partners. This policy explains processing, dispatch, standard courier delivery, PUDO services, tracking and delivery problems.

1. Processing and supplier confirmation

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment is verified. Some catalogue products are obtained from suppliers after an order is placed and remain subject to final supplier availability. If availability changes materially, we will contact you with lawful options rather than silently substitute a product.

2. Delivery estimates

After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes a further 2-5 business days. Remote areas, oversized goods, supplier transfers, peak periods, severe weather, courier disruptions or other circumstances may take longer. Any product-specific estimate displayed at checkout, on a product page or in writing should be read together with the processing period.

Estimates are provided in good faith and are not guarantees, but Nova Line remains responsible for fulfilment and delivery to the extent required by the CPA and other applicable law.

3. Delivery charges and free shipping

Applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout or stated in a quotation. Charges may depend on parcel size, weight, destination, selected service and product eligibility. Free shipping applies only when expressly displayed for the product, order, destination or promotion and may exclude oversized, remote-area, special-handling or other stated items.

4. Standard courier delivery

We may use Fastway, The Courier Guy or another suitable courier. The assigned courier may change according to destination, parcel characteristics and service availability. Tracking information is normally sent by email or SMS after dispatch.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate address, postal code, telephone number and recipient details. The customer should ensure that an authorised person is available to receive the parcel. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery or an uncollected returned parcel may be charged where reasonable and lawful.

5. PUDO eligibility

PUDO Locker-to-Locker and Locker-to-Door are available only when offered at checkout and only for eligible parcel sizes, weights, products and destinations. Large 3D printers, laser engravers, scanners, oversized equipment and other unsuitable items may be excluded.

If a cart contains both PUDO-eligible and oversized or ineligible products, Nova Line may route the complete order through a suitable standard courier service or contact the customer about available fulfilment options. The checkout option and final parcel assessment determine eligibility.

6. PUDO Locker-to-Locker

For Locker-to-Locker, the customer must select or enter the complete address and identifying details of the intended destination PUDO locker as instructed at checkout; the home address must not be used as the locker destination. The customer is responsible for checking that the selected locker is correct and accessible.

Collection notifications and collection deadlines are controlled by the PUDO service. The customer must collect within the period communicated by PUDO. If a parcel is uncollected and returned, reasonable redelivery or return costs may be payable where lawful.

7. PUDO Locker-to-Door

For Locker-to-Door, enter the complete street address at which delivery is required. Availability depends on the PUDO network, parcel eligibility and destination coverage.

8. Tracking and delays

Tracking events are supplied by the courier and can sometimes update after physical movement. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the estimated window has passed, contact info@novalinetechnologies.com with the order number. We will assist and, where appropriate, investigate with the courier.

9. Delivery, damage and loss

Inspect the parcel as soon as reasonably possible. Photograph visible damage before opening and retain the packaging during investigation. Report damage, shortage or incorrect delivery promptly, preferably within 48 hours. This preferred reporting period does not remove statutory rights.

Risk passes only on delivery to the customer, an authorised recipient or agreed collection point, subject to applicable law. A carrier scan alone does not conclusively determine every delivery dispute; evidence will be assessed fairly.

10. Collection by arrangement

Nova Line is online-only. Collection may occasionally be arranged in writing before the order is placed or dispatched. The registered address is not a public retail location and walk-ins are not permitted.

11. Contact

Delivery support: info@novalinetechnologies.com or the telephone numbers published on our Contact page. Please include the order number and tracking number.
