Multicolour, the simple way
Where the original K1 Max needed an internal extruder swap and firmware workaround to add multicolour, the K1 Max 2025's CFS interface is built in from the start. The optional CFS-C module — sold separately — connects externally with its own cutter and filament buffer positioned safely away from the hot nozzle, so there's no need to compromise the enclosure or prop the top cover open. RFID auto-loading reads Creality filament automatically, and built-in run-out and tangle detection pause the print and alert you before a spool issue ruins a job.
Built for serious, varied work
The dual-gear direct drive extruder and ceramic hotend reach 200°C in around 40 seconds and sustain a high flow rate, so high-speed printing doesn't come at the cost of layer consistency. A G-sensor in the printhead measures resonance and auto-tunes the system to reduce ghosting and ringing, and dual cooling fans — one on the printhead, one in the chamber — keep prints clean at speed. The flexible, PEI-coated steel build plate handles a wide filament range and bends for easy part removal.

Does this come with the CFS-C multicolour module?
No — this printer has the CFS interface built in, but the CFS-C module itself is sold separately. When you're ready for multicolour, it connects without any modification to the printer.
Is this the same multicolour system as the older K1 Max upgrade kit?
No, and that's the advantage — older K1-series printers needed an internal extruder swap and firmware workaround to add multicolour. The K1 Max 2025's CFS-C system connects externally with no modification required, and doesn't affect the top cover or enclosure.
Can I print single-colour without the CFS-C connected?
