Product description
600mm/s speed. Carbon-fibre ready. Multicolour built into the design, not bolted on. The Creality K1C 2025 is the refined, reliability-focused evolution of the K1C — and unlike the original model, it ships with a native CFS interface, so adding multicolour printing later is as simple as connecting the module. No internal modification, no firmware workaround, no compromise on the enclosure.
Why the K1C 2025
- Fast and precise — 600mm/s top speed with 20,000mm/s² acceleration on a CoreXY motion system, with a reinforced structure and clog-free extruder built in from the factory.
- Built for carbon fibre and abrasive filaments — a quick-swap tri-metal "Unicorn" nozzle handles carbon-fibre composites without the wear that ruins standard brass nozzles, swappable cold in under a minute.
- Multicolour-ready, the easy way — a built-in CFS interface means the optional CFS-C multicolour module connects without opening the printer up or modifying the extruder. Add it whenever you're ready for up to 4-colour printing.
- Watches itself — a built-in AI camera monitors for spaghetti failures and foreign objects, with real-time alerts and automatic time-lapse recording.
- Refined for reliability — this 2025 revision brings a modernised display UI, sound alerts for key print events, and structural improvements over the original K1C, aimed squarely at fewer interruptions on long or complex prints.
Multicolour, the simple way
Where the original K1C needed an internal extruder swap and firmware workaround to add multicolour, the K1C 2025's CFS interface is built in from the start. The optional CFS-C module — sold separately — connects externally with its own cutter and filament buffer positioned safely away from the hot nozzle, so there's no need to compromise the enclosure or leave the top cover propped open. RFID auto-loading reads Creality filament automatically, and built-in run-out and tangle detection pause the print and alert you before a spool issue ruins a job.
Built for demanding, varied work
The quick-swap tri-metal nozzle (copper alloy body, titanium heatbreak, hardened steel tip) is rated to 300°C and built specifically for abrasive, carbon-fibre-reinforced filaments. A clog-free extruder design keeps feeding consistent even with composite materials, and the fully enclosed chamber with active carbon filtration keeps fumes from ABS and similar filaments contained. The flexible PEI build plate handles a wide filament range and includes a silicone wiping strip that cleans the nozzle before each print.
Who it's for
Makers and small studios who want a reliable, fast printer now with a clean path to multicolour later, without needing to plan around a clunky internal upgrade. Anyone who needs carbon-fibre or abrasive-filament capability in a compact footprint. A strong pick if you want the K1C platform's speed and material range with the newer model's reliability improvements baked in.

Frequently asked questions
Does this come with the CFS-C multicolour module?
No — this printer has the CFS interface built in, but the CFS-C module itself is sold separately. When you're ready for multicolour, it connects without any modification to the printer.
Is this the same multicolour system as the older K1C or K1 Max upgrade kit?
No, and that's the advantage — older K1-series printers needed an internal extruder swap and firmware workaround to add multicolour. The K1C 2025's CFS-C system connects externally with no modification required, and doesn't affect the top cover or enclosure.
Can I print single-colour without the CFS-C connected?
Yes — the printer runs as a standard single-colour machine out of the box, with the full 220×220×250mm build volume, until you choose to add the module.
Is this suitable for a beginner?
Yes — hands-free auto leveling and a guided setup mean it's printing shortly after unboxing, and the multicolour path is genuinely simpler to add later than on earlier K1-series printers.
