Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of technological goods and brand partner services made through our website or online platforms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy should be read together with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
1. Order Processing
· Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
· Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, stock verification, or due to unforeseen operational delays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched:
· Main Metropolitan Areas: 1–3 business days
· Regional Areas: 2–5 business days
· Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days
Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect delivery information.
3. Shipping Costs
· Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, parcel size, and weight.
· Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g. incorrect or faulty goods).
· Free shipping is only eligible for orders over R1800 in value; any orders under this will be charged at the calculated shipping fees at Checkout. Unless otherwise stated via Price Changes or Promotional circumstances.
4. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched:
· You will receive a confirmation notification via email
· Tracking details will be provided where available
Delivery status updates are subject to courier system availability and accuracy.
5. Delivery Conditions & Risk Transfer
· Deliveries may be completed with authority to leave where deemed safe.
· Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, except where prohibited by the CPA.
· Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after confirmed delivery.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate and complete.
· Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may incur additional re-delivery costs.
· Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details are not the responsibility of Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If an order is received damaged or incorrect:
· Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery
· Supporting evidence (photos/videos) may be requested
· Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim
Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and the CPA.
8. Returns Shipping Responsibility
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs during the 7-day cooling-off period, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
· For approved faulty, defective, or incorrect goods, return shipping arrangements will be handled in line with CPA requirements.
9. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
Orders may only be cancelled if:
· The order has not yet been dispatched
· A written cancellation request is received and acknowledged by Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd
Once dispatched, the order will be subject to the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
10. Brand Partner Services & Non-Physical Goods
Shipping terms do not apply to:
· Digital products, software licenses, or activation keys
· Consulting, installation, or professional services
These are governed exclusively by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, failed deliveries, or third-party courier actions.
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to South African courts.
