By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

· All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise

· Prices include VAT where applicable

· We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

6. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

· An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance

· Acceptance occurs once payment is verified and the order is dispatched or service commencement is confirmed

· We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch for operational, pricing, or compliance reasons

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and delays do not constitute breach unless required by the CPA.

Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery, except where prohibited by law.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed exclusively by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which complies with the CPA.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Digital Products & Software

· Digital products, licenses, activation keys, and software are non-refundable once issued or activated, unless defective

· Compatibility and system requirements are the customer’s responsibility

10. Brand Partner & Professional Services

· Services are non-refundable once work has commenced

· Commencement includes planning, sourcing, licensing, onboarding, or partner engagement

· Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to commencement

11. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

· Misuse the website

· Circumvent security or payment systems

· Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity

· Reverse engineer, copy, or resell services without authorisation

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Nova Line Technologies (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.

Unauthorised use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

16. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to:

· Contact Nova Line Technologies first to resolve disputes

· Allow reasonable opportunity for resolution before initiating a chargeback

Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or system failures.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

19. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply.
